I too would like to compliment CC on a job well done. I have very few catalogs coming to the house now. I used to come to the website daily, adding new requests and also finding the customer service email addresses for those companies who had a hard time "getting with the program". Obviously this site is a success - I rarely visit these days, but try to read the blogs and find out how well you are doing. So, again, congrats on a job well done and to the naysayers I only add - give it time, it works!
