This during our busiest time of year. We also monitor the comments customers give for opting out of our catalogs. We love the fact that over 50% have done so for environmental reasons. With our web site becoming a more frequently used tool it only makes sense that customers have the option of their preferred method of engagement with our company. I will absolutely support those merchants who support Catalog Choice. In fact, before I buy (and I do almost all of my shopping on line), I check to make sure the merchant is a Catalog Choice supporter. Thank you to those merchants who have made this responsible choice!
I used to love catalogs, until I found that a single mail-order generated ‘subscriptions’ to multiple new catalogues, most I wasnt interested in. Having Catalog Choice, I can ‘reverse navigate’ and access catalogues that do interest me. Thanks for your good ideas.
